Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026

This policy explains what information Ulveo collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. We've kept it short and specific to what actually happens on this site — not a generic template.

What we collect

When you submit the "Request a Demo" form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name (if provided), and any message you write. Apart from that, we only collect the anonymous usage statistics described below. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry — to get in touch, answer your questions, and arrange a demo if requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Anonymous usage statistics

To understand how the site is used and improve it, we run a simple counter on our own hosting. It records anonymous events such as which page was viewed, how far down the page you scrolled, which buttons or sections you opened, the website that referred you (if any), and a broad device type (mobile, tablet or desktop).

It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not build a profile of you. To count visitors without cookies, we create a one-way code from your IP address and browser details combined with a secret that changes every day; only that code is kept, so it cannot be traced back to you or linked across days. No third-party analytics service is used, and we keep these statistics for up to about 13 months. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not count you.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are sent to our email via FormSubmit and stored in a database on our hosting provider (Hostinger) so we can follow up even if an email is missed. Both are used solely to operate this contact/demo-request flow.

Fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers may expose your IP address to Google as part of that request, in line with Google Fonts' own privacy practices.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time — just email us using the address below.
